Community Pool

Entry to the pool will be via a pool tag which will be mailed to eligible owners after completion of steps outlined below.

All owners are required to purchase a “2011 Pool Tag”. Owners with a previous year pool tag will not be granted access to the pool.

• Complete the attached application and release of liability.
• Mail the completed application and release of liability to ACMI at the address shown above, along with a check for $10.00 made payable to ACMI. The fee is to pay administrative costs related to pool operations.

Owners who have not paid their assessments and/or have outstanding deed restriction violations will not be eligible for pool use.

Pool rules are outlined in a third attachment. Please note that the lifeguards are in charge of activities at the pool and their orders are to be followed. Failure to follow their requests will lead to revocation of pool use rights.
